Refund Policy

The short version: if Pro is not for you, tell us within 14 days of buying and you get your money back. No forms, no interrogation.

How it works

• Write to support@hearmandarin.com within 14 days of your purchase, from the email you bought with, or include your order number from the receipt.
• You do not need to give a reason, though if something did not work we would love to know so we can fix it.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method, processed by our payment partner. Most arrive within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

The one exception

The refund promise is there so nobody feels stuck with a purchase that was not right for them. It is not a free rental scheme: repeatedly buying, downloading everything, and refunding may lead us to decline further refunds or orders.

After a refund

Your unlock key stops working and downloaded Pro files should be deleted. The free side of HearMandarin stays fully open to you, always.
