• Ask within 14 days of your purchase, right on this page or by writing to support@hearmandarin.com. You need the order number from your receipt and the email you bought with.
• You do not need to give a reason. If something did not work, we would love to know so we can fix it, but that is your call.
• Our payment partner, Creem, processes the refund back to your original payment method. How fast it shows up depends on your bank.

Your unlock key stops working on its own, so there is nothing to cancel or uninstall on our side. Downloaded Pro files should be deleted from your devices.

The free side of HearMandarin stays fully open to you, always. A refund changes nothing there.

The 14-day promise exists so nobody feels stuck with a purchase that was not right for them. It is not a free rental scheme: repeatedly buying, downloading everything, and refunding may lead us to decline further refunds or orders. Used normally, you will never hear from us except "done, money is on its way".

If something is not working, check the support page first or just write to us. The refund promise stays open for 14 days either way, and once a request is in, you can check its state on this page any time.
