What the levels actually mean

一级三百词。Yī jí sānbǎi cí.Band 1 is 300 words: you can read a small book.
四级两千词。Sì jí liǎngqiān cí.By Band 4, 2000 words: reading starts feeling easy.
慢慢来，别急。Mànmàn lái, bié jí.Steady does it. The nest fills one pebble at a time.
